Step 1: Go to the official website

First, go to the official LIC customer portal.
Next, click on Registered user.
A new page will open.

Enter your User ID/Email/Mobile number
Now, enter your password.
Next, enter your Date of Birth
Next, click on the “Sign in” button. You will be logged in.

Step 3: Check the status of your policy

Once you are logged in, click on “All Policies.”
Now, on the left side of your screen, you will get an option called “Policy Status.”
Click on it. A new page will open.
All the policies that are currently in your account will be displayed.
