One of the ways to do it online is via the SBI MF portal or the SBI Investap app. The process is simple and just takes a few minutes.

Steps to redeem SBI Mutual Fund amount via portal

To redeem the amount in your SBI Mutual Fund fully or partially,

Step 1: Go to the official website of SBI Mutual Fund

  1. First, go to the official website of SBI Mutual Fund at sbimf.com.
  2. Now, click on the “Login” option. The login page will open.
  3. Next, enter your UserID and Password in the specified fields.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  5. Next, enter your PAN number and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 2: Open the MF amount redemption page

  1. After logging in, scroll to the list of folios in your portfolio.
  2. Next, click on the dropdown symbol beside the ‘Invest’ button.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Redeem’ option.
  4. The redemption page will open.

Step 3: Redeem the amount

  1. Next, click on ‘Amount’ to enter the required amount to withdraw in the specified field.
  2. You can also tap on the ‘Unit’ to enter the number of units you want to redeem in the specified field. Or, tap on ‘All units’ to withdraw the entire amount.
  3. Next, select the bank account where you want to receive the money.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. Next, select the reason for withdrawal and tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. The redemption confirmation will be displayed on the screen.

By following these steps, you can easily redeem your SBI Mutual Fund amount online.

Steps to redeem SBI Mutual Fund amount via InvesTap app

To redeem the amount in your SBI Mutual Fund fully or partially through the app,

Step 1: Download the SBI Mutual Fund InvesTap app

  1. Download the SBI Mutual Fund InvesTap app from the Play Store or App Store.
  2. Next, open the app.
  3. Next, tap on ‘I already have an account’ to log in. You can also signup by tapping ‘Get Started,’ if you are a new user.
  4. Next, enter your User ID and Password and tap on the ‘Login’ button.
  5. The dashboard will open up.

Step 2: Select Folio

  1. In the dashboard, tap on the ‘Portfolio’ option at the bottom of the screen. All the schemes in your portfolio will be displayed.
  2. Next, tap on the three dots that are beside the scheme that is to be redeemed.
  3. Next, tap on the ‘Redeem Now’ option.
  4. The Folios will appear on the screen along with all the other details.
  5. Next, tap on the circle symbol to select the folio from which you want to redeem the amount.

Step 3: Redeem the amount

  1. Next, tap on ‘Amount’ to enter the required amount to withdraw in the specified field.
  2. You can also tap on the ‘Unit’ to enter the number of units you want to redeem. Or, tap on ‘Redeem all units’ to withdraw all the amount.
  3. Next, tap on the ‘Proceed to Redeem’ button.
  4. Next, tap on the ‘Confirm’ button.
  5. Next, tap on the reason for withdrawal and tap on the ‘Redeem Now’ button. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  6. Next, enter the ‘OTP’ in the specified field and tap on the ‘Submit OTP’ button.

By following these steps, your SBI Mutual Fund amount will be redeemed successfully through the InvesTap app.
