Step 1: Go to the official app and login

  1. Open the NPS by Protean app on your mobile.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  3. On the login page, enter your PRAN number and password.
  4. Next, click the ‘Login’ button.
  5. You will be logged in.

  1. On the dashboard, click the three lines in the top left corner.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Status View’ option.
  3. A new page will open up. On this page, click on the ‘Contribution’ option.
  4. Another page will open.

  1. The list of all the contributions made by you will be displayed.
  2. You can check the status of each individual contribution here.

You can also download the payment receipt by clicking on the download button beside each transaction.
