Step 1: Go to the official website of SBI Online

  1. First, go to the official website of SBI Internet Banking at onlinesbi.sbi
  2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button under Personal Banking.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Continue to Login’ button.
  4. A new page opens up.

Step 2: Open the ‘Forgot My Login Password’ page

  2. Now, select the ‘Forgot My Login Password’ option from the drop-down.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Next’ button.

  2. Now, select your country from the drop-down.
  3. Now, enter your mobile number and date of birth.
  4. Now, enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4: Select a password reset option

  1. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter it in the specified field.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Confirm’ button.
  3. You will be asked to select one option through which you want to reset your password. Select anyone.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. Now, enter the ATM card details or your profile password based on the option selected.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button. A new page will open.

Step 5: Set a new net banking password

  1. On the new page, you will be asked to enter a new password. Enter it.
  2. Next, reenter the same password.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  4. Your login password will be reset successfully.
