You will need the following details to reset your net banking password through the PNB Net Banking portal,
- Customer ID

Steps to reset PNB net banking password
To reset your net banking password through the Punjab National Bank portal,
Step 1: Go to the official website of PNB

- First, go to the official website of PNB at pnbindia.in.
- Next, click on the ‘Internet Banking’ option.
- Next, click on the ‘Retail Internet Banking’ option.
- A new page will open.
Step 2: Open the ‘Password Reset’ page
- Next, enter the ‘User ID’ in the specified field.
- Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- Next, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
- Next, click on the ‘Password Reset using Debit Card’ option. (You can also select the Aadhaar OTP option and proceed accordingly).
- The password reset page will open.

Step 3: Enter your details

- Next, enter your ‘User ID’ in the specified field.
- Next, select and enter your ‘Date of Birth’ or ‘PAN Card Number’ in the specified fields.
- Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Step 4: Verify OTP
- Next, enter the ‘One Time Password’ in the specified field.
- Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- Next, enter your ‘Account Number’ for which the password has to be reset, in the specified field.
- Next, click on the ‘Verify’ button.
- A new screen will appear.

Step 5: Enter debit card details
- Next, enter the ‘Debit Card Number’ in the specified field.
- Next, enter the ‘Linked Account Number’ in the specified field.
- Next, enter the ‘ATM Pin’ in the specified field.
- Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- A new page will open.
Step 6: Set a new password
- Next, tick the box of the passwords that are to be changed.
- Next, enter the new password in the specified field.
- Next, enter the re-enter the same password in the specified field.
- Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
The password will be changed successfully.
