  1. On the login page, you can login with your email id, client id or mobile number.
  2. Select the appropriate option.
  3. Enter your Email ID/Client ID or Mobile No.
  4. Enter password and captcha code.
  5. Click on ‘Login’.

Step 3: Select insurance policy

  1. After you have logged in, click on ‘Transact Online’ on the main menu.
  2. Now click ‘Online Payment’ and then on ‘Policy Renewal’.
  3. The list of all the policies you have will show up.
  4. Click on “Pay Now” beside the policy whose premium you want to pay.
  5. A new page will open up.

Step 4: Complete payment

  1. Your policy details will open up.
  2. Verify them and enter your pan card number if you haven’t already.
  3. Click on proceed.
  4. Now select your payment method.
  5. Proceed and complete the payment.

An acknowledgment receipt will be generated.

You can take a printout of this acknowledgment receipt or save it for future use by clicking on the print option.
