To reset your ICICI Bank password,

Step 1: Go to the official website of ICICI Bank

  1. First, go to the official website of ICICI Bank at icicibank.com.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button on the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Next, enter your user ID and click on the arrow button.

Step 2: Open the ‘Generate Password’ page

  1. Next, click on the ‘Get Password’ button.
  2. Next, click on the ‘CLICK HERE TO PROCEED’ button.
  3. A new page will open.

Step 3: Enter your details

  1. Next, enter the ‘User ID’ in the specified field.
  2. Next, enter the ‘Registered Mobile Number’ in the specified field.
  3. Next, click on the ‘GO’ button.
  4. A new page will open.

Step 4: Verify mobile number

  1. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  2. Next, enter the ‘One Time Password’ (OTP) in the specified field.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Authenticate’ button.
  4. Next, enter the numbers that are there in the ‘C’ ‘D’ ‘N’ boxes of your Debit Card in the respective fields. It will be at the back of the ICICI Bank Debit Card.
  5. Next, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.

Step 5: Set New Password

  1. Next, enter the ‘New Password’ in the specified field.
  2. Next, re-enter the same password in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field. 
  3. Next, click on the ‘UPDATE’ button.

The message of the successful generation of the password will appear on the screen.
