Step 1: Open the Central Bank app
- First, open the Cent mobile app.
- Next, enter your MPIN or internet banking details.
- You will be logged in on the app.
Step 2: Open the ‘Request’ page
- The dashboard of the app will open.
- Next, tap on the ‘Request’ option.
- A new screen will appear.

- Next, tap on the ‘Re KYC Confirmation’ option.
- A popup will appear showing if Re-KYC is already completed successfully or not.
