Eligibility for registering on Startup Telangana Portal

To be eligible to register for Startup Telangana Portal,

1. Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telengana
2. Applicant must have a startup/be an entreprenure.

New Definition of Startup in Telangana

Company Age	The period of existence and operations of the company should not be exceeding 10 years from the Date of Incorporation.
Annual Turnover	The annual turnover must not exceed Rs. 100 crores for any of the financial years since its Incorporation.
Business Model	Should work towards development or improvement of a product, process, or service and/or have a scalable business model with high potential for the creation of wealth & employment.
Company Type	Must be incorporated as a Private Limited Company, or Registered Partnership Firm or a Limited Liability Partnership, One-person company, or a Sole proprietorship.
Original Entity	The entity should not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing an already existing business.
