Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has asked their policyholders to link their Permanent Account Number (PAN) with their LIC policies before March 2022.

LIC has made it easier to link this through the official website of LIC India at licindia.in.

Steps to link PAN with your LIC policies online

To link your PAN card with your LIC policies,

Step 1: Go to the official website of LIC

1. First, go to the official website of LIC at licindia.in.
2. Next, click on ‘Online PAN Registration’ under Online Services.
3. A new page will open.
4. Click on “Proceed”.

Step 2: Enter PAN and Policy details

1. Enter your Date of Birth, Gender, E-mail ID, PAN number and name as on PAN.
2. Next, enter an active mobile number.
3. Now enter the policy number you want to link and click “Add Policy”.
4. Click on the checkbox and enter the captcha code.
5. Now, click on “Get OTP”.

Step 3: Complete PAN card and LIC policy link

1. Enter the OTP received on your mobile into the specified field.
2. Click on “Submit”

Your PAN card will be successfully linked with your LIC policy online. You can take a printout of the success message if you want.
